摘 要:目的:探讨EZH2的表达水平与原发性肝癌(HCC)的恶性程度和增殖能力的关系及其意义。方法:采用HE染色判断HCC的分化级别;免疫组化SP法检测EZH2与Ki67蛋白在不同分化级别HCC组织中的表达水平。结果:EZH2在HCC组织中的表达率显著高于正常肝组织(P<0.05);EZH2的表达水平随着HCC分化程度的降低而明显升高(P<0.05);EZH2与Ki67蛋白在不同分化级别的HCC中表达趋势一致。结论:HCC中EZH2蛋白的表达水平显著升高,与肿瘤的分化程度和增殖相关,提示EZH2可为判断HCC病理分级和增殖能力提供参考。Objective: To study the expression of EZH2 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC), and investigate the relationship between EZH2 gene and the differentiation and proliferation of HCC and pathological significance. Methods: HE staining was used to measure the level of differentiation of HCC, immunohistochemistry were used to de- tect the expression of EZH2 and Ki67 protein in HCC tissues. Results:The expression of EZI-I2 in HCC significantly increased than normal hepatic tissue (P 〈 0.05 ), with decreasing of the differentiated degree, the positive expression of EZH2 protein was significantly higher in HCC ( P 〈 0.05 ). The trends of positive expression of EZH2 and Ki67 protein had consistency. Conclusion: Increased expression of EZH2 was shown in HCC and related to tumor differenti- ation degree and proliferation, it may be valuable for pathological diagnosis.
