乳腺癌VEGF-C的表达与淋巴结转移及预后的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的表达及其与淋巴结转移和预后的关系。方法:免疫组化检测90例乳腺癌中VEGF-C的表达,分析VEGF-C的表达与乳腺癌患者淋巴结转移及预后的相关性。结果:乳腺癌伴淋巴结转移组VEGF-C的阳性表达率为91.1%,显著高于无淋巴结转移组40.0%;不同病理分型VEGF-C的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义;不同临床分期和生存期乳腺癌中VEGF-C的阳性表达率显著不同。结论:VEGF-C在乳腺癌淋巴结转移与否的判断和预后估计方面有一定意义。Objective ：To investigate the expression of VEGF -C in breast cancer and its significance. Methods： The expression of VEGF - C in 90 paraffin - embeded breast carcinoma tissues （45 with lymph node metastasis,45 without）were studied by immunochemical methods. Results： Positive expression of VEGF -C in the group of breast carcinoma with lymph node involvement was 91.1%, significantly higher than the group of breast carcinoma without lymph node involvement ; In different pathocategory, positive expression of VEGF - C were not significantly different. In different clinical stage and different life span the positive expression of VEGF - C were significantly different. Conclu- sion ： VEGF - C can be regarded as valuable molecular marker to distinguish lymph node metastasis or not and to esti- mate the prognosis.
