干细胞标志物CD44与胃癌临床病理特征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨干细胞标志物CD44在胃癌组织中的表达状态及其与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:选取经病理证实胃癌患者共40例,采用石蜡包埋连续切片、免疫组化SP法检测胃癌组织中CD44的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征间的相关性。结果:胃癌组织中CD44的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移情况、TNM分期相关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤部位、组织类型无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中CD44的表达与肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移情况密切相关,可能为胃癌干细胞与临床相关性研究提供依据,也可能有助于胃癌预后的判断并对治疗提供参考。Objective： To detect the expression of CD44 a cancer stem cell marker in gastric carcinoma, and to ex- plore the relationship between the expression of CD44 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical and pathological features. Methods：To select 40 gastric cancer patients, confirmed by pathology. To detect the expression of CD44 in gastric carcinoma by SP immunohistochemical assay. Results：The expression of CD44 in gastric carcinoma was correlated to the degree of differentiation, the depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. And it was unrelated to tumor location, histological type. Conclusion：The expression of CD44 in gastric carcinoma was correlated to TNM stage, the degree of tumor differentiation, the depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis. To detect the expres- sion of CD44 in gastric carcinoma will provide guidance for clinical prognosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
