参芪扶正注射液对胃癌术后DFC方案辅助治疗毒副反应影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究参芪扶正注射液对胃癌术后DFC方案辅助治疗的毒副反应的影响。方法:将手术经病理证实分期为Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的胃癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为参芪扶正注射液联合DFC方案组(研究组,25例)及单纯DFC方案组(对照组,24例),每名患者给予六周期的化疗并评估毒副反应。结果:研究组共25例患者可以评估化疗的毒副反应,对照组共24例患者可以评估化疗的毒副反应。研究组白细胞减少、消化道反应及乏力的发生率显著少于对照组(P<0.05),肾毒性发生率也显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液能够减少DFC方案化疗毒副作用,增加患者化疗耐受性。Objective： To observe the toxicity of Shen - qi - fu - zheng Injection in combination with DCF regimen （ docetaxel ＋ cisplatin ＋ fluorouraeil） and DCF regimen in the adjuvant chemotherapy of patients with gastric cancer. Methods： All 49 patients with II - Ill stage gastric cancer diagnosed pathologically were divided into Shen - qi - fu - zheng Injection in combination with DCF regimen group （ study group ） 25 cases and DCF regimen group （ control group） 24 cases. Each patient was given 6 cycles and the toxicity was then evaluated. Results： Twenty five cases could be evaluated in study group and 24 cases could be evaluated in control group. The difference of incidence rates of leucopenia, gastrointestinal, nephrotoxicity and anergy between the two groups were significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion： Shen -qi -fu -zbeng Injection can reduce toxicity significantly while enhance patients＇tolerance to chemother- apy.
