子宫内膜癌中STAT3蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨STAT3基因蛋白在子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜上皮内瘤变及正常子宫内膜组织中的表达及意义,探讨其与子宫内膜癌临床病理参数间的关系。方法:运用组织芯片技术与免疫组织化学相结合的方法检测45例子宫内膜癌组织、30例癌旁子宫内膜上皮内瘤变组织及30例癌旁正常子宫内膜组织中STAT3蛋白的表达,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:STAT3蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率为73.3%,在癌旁子宫内膜上皮内瘤变组织中的阳性率为16.7%,在癌旁正常子宫内膜组织中的阳性表达率为0%,子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),与子宫内膜癌患者的肿瘤分化程度有关,高分化组的阳性表达率低于中-低分化组(P<0.05),与肿瘤临床分期、患者年龄、肌层浸润及绝经情况无关(P>0.05)。结论:子宫内膜癌组织中STAT3呈高表达,STAT3的阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度相关,高分化的子宫内膜癌组的阳性表达率明显低于中-低分化组,可能与子宫内膜癌的发生发展有关。Objective：To investigate the expression of STAT3 in endometrial carcinoma, endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia and normal endometriumand its clinicopathologic signifinance. Methods ：Tissue chip technique and immu- nohistochemical staining method were used to examine the expression of STAT3 in 45 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 30 cases of endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia and 30 cases of normal endometrium： Results：The positive rates of STAT3 in endometrial carcinoma were significantly different compared with endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia and normal endometrial tissue. The expression of STAT3 had relation with histological grade in endometrial carcinoma （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of STAT3 had no relation with FIGO stag, age, muscle layer infiltration and menopausal sta- tus（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion：The over- expressions of STAT3 in endometrial carcinoma may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of endometrial carcinoma. Detection of their expression is helpful in accessing the malignant degree and biological behaviors of endometrial carcinoma.
