托泊替康联合奈达铂治疗宫颈癌引起急性肾功能衰竭1例分析

摘　　要：对1例化疗期间出现急性肾功能衰竭的宫颈癌病例进行分析,讨论在应用托泊替康联合奈达铂化疗过程中出现的严重不良后果。托泊替康与奈达铂联用有增加奈达铂肾毒性可能。因样本有限,普遍性有待进一步证实。To report a cervical cancer with kidney failure during chemotherapy, and analyse adverse effects of topote- can and nedaplatin in this case,to discuss the risk in the use of chemotherapy. Topotecan combined with nedaplatin can increase the nephrotoxieity of topotecan.
