安多霖降低鼻咽癌和食道癌患者放疗后高微核率的临床研究

摘　　要：探讨安多霖降低鼻咽癌和食道癌患者放疗后高微核率和促进放射损伤修复的作用 ,将 1 38例癌症患者 (鼻咽癌 6 6例 ,食道癌 72例 )随机分为治疗组 76例 (鼻咽癌 34例、食道癌 42例 ) ,对照组 6 2例 (鼻咽癌 32例、食道癌30例 ) ,放疗结束时口服安多霖胶囊 ,对照组口服参芪片 ,每次 4粒 ,3次 / d,连用 1 4 d。全组病例均在用药前后各测外周血淋巴细胞微核率 (MNF)一次。结果显示 ,MNF用药前治疗组与对照组无差别 (P >0 .1 )。用药后治疗组MNF明显低于对照组 ,且下降幅度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。表明安多霖具有明显的降低恶性肿瘤放疗后高微核率和促进放射损伤修复的作用 。To discuss the role of Anduolin in decreasing the high micro nucleus frequencies(MNF) caused by radiation and promoting the repairing of radiation damage. 138 cases of malignant carcinoma(66 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 72 cases of esophageal carcinoma) were randomized into treatment group and control group. There was 76 cases in treatment group including 34 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoman and 42 cases of esophageal carcinoma, while the control group comprised 62 caese including 32 cases of nasophayngeal carcinoma and 30 cases of esophageal carcinoma. Anduolin capsules were administered orally to the treatment group following radiotherapy, 4 capsules t i d for 14 days,while Senqi tablets were administered to the control group. MNF analysis of the peripheral blood were performed before and after the Anduolin treatment.Results showed that:Before the Anduoli tratment, the MNF were similar between the two groups(P>0.1),however, after the Anduolin treatment, the MNF in the treatment group lowered significantly than that of the control group (P<0.01).The results indicated: Anduolin can significantly decrease the high micronucleus frequencies caused by radiation following radiotherapy in patients with malignant carcinoma and promote the repairing of radiation damage, so it may have important clinical value in preventing the radiation damage.
