摘　　要：目的 :分析和比较去甲氧柔红霉素 (IDA)和米托蒽醌 (MTN)治疗急性白血病的疗效和毒副作用。方法 :将 92例急性白血病患者分为两组 ,治疗组 5 6例用 IDA加阿糖胞苷 (Ara- c)治疗 ,对照组 36例用 MTN加Ara- c治疗 ,两组均用标准 3+ 7方案。结果 :治疗组和对照组完全缓解率 (CR)分别为 6 0 .7%和 38.9% ,总有效率分别为 82 .1%和 6 1.1% ,两组 CR率和总有效率差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;IDA骨髓抑制时间较 MTN长(P <0 .0 5 ) ,其他毒副作用发生率基本相似。结论 :IDA是效果可靠、毒副作用小的抗白血病药物。Objective:To Compare the antileukemia efficacy and toxicity of idarubicin and mitoxantrone.Method:56 cases of the patients received induction treatment with idarubicin plus Ara-c,36 cases in control group received induction treatment with mitoxantrone plus Ara-c,both groups received induction chemotherapy with 3+7 regimen.Result:Complete remission (CR) was achieved in 60.7 % of the Ida group and in 38.9 % of the MTN group (P< 0.05 ),the total response rate was achieved in 82.1 % of the IDA group and in 61.1 % of the MTN group (P< 0.05 ),the duration of myelosuppression was significantly longer in the Ida group (P< 0.05 ),there was no significant difference in toxicities between the two groups.Conclusion:The Ida is an effective drug with little toxicity.
