摘 要:分别用电解铝液配料和重熔铝锭配料生产5083铝合金扁铸锭,对两种扁铸锭进行了质量全分析和对比。结果表明,用电解铝液配料生产的扁铸锭中Mg、Mn元素偏析程度比重熔铝锭配料生产的严重一些;用电解铝液配料生产的扁铸锭的晶粒尺寸小于用重熔铝锭配料生产的,但是其晶粒大小极不均匀;用重熔铝锭配料生产的扁铸锭的综合力学性能优于用电解铝液配料生产的,尤其是前者的强度高于后者的。The quality of 5083 aluminum alloy slabs produced both with electrolytic alumi- num melt and re-melt aluminum ingots have been fully analyzed and contrasted. The results show that the segregation of Mg and Mn in aluminum alloy slab produced with electrolytic a- luminum melt is heavier than that of slab produced with re-melt aluminum ingots;the grain size is smaller in slabs produced with electrolyte aluminum melt than that of slab produced with re-melt aluminum ingots, but the grain sizes of the former are extremely uneven;the comprehensive mechanical properties of the slab produced with re-inch aluminum ingots are better than that of slab produced with electrolytic aluminum melt, especially the strength of the former is higher than that of the latter.
