摘 要:目的:对狭叶薰衣草花、叶及茎中挥发油的化学成分进行分析,为狭叶薰衣草的综合利用提供指导。方法:采集狭叶薰衣草的花、叶及茎,以水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以GC-MS法分析其化学成分。GC-MS主要分析条件:进样口温度250℃,分流比30∶1,离子源温度200℃,程序升温(在40℃保持2 min,最后以3℃·min-1升温速率升至246℃,保持5 min)。结果:在狭叶薰衣草的花、叶及茎的挥发油中分别检出80、60和16个色谱峰,分别鉴定出69、47、15个化合物,分别占各部位挥发油组分总色谱峰面积的94.01%、86.83%、97.35%,3个部位中共有化合物15个。所含成分多为萜烯类化合物及其含氧衍生物。结论:狭叶薰衣草花中挥发油成分含量最多,茎中成分最少,叶挥发油具有潜在的应用价值。Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents in the essential oil of the flowers, leaves and stems of Lavandula angustifolia Mill. , and provide instructions for the comprehensive exploitation of L. angustifolia. Meth- ods : The tender flowers,leaves and stems of L. angustifolia were collected and their essential oil was extracted by steam distillation method. Then the chemical components of essential oil obtained from the three parts were analyzed by GC - MS method. The main analyzing conditions of GC - MS were as follows : the injection temperature was 250 ℃ ,the split ratio was 30:1 ,the temperature of the ion source was 200 ℃ ;The oven temperature was at 40 ℃,held for 2 min, and then increased to 246 ℃ at a rate of 3 ℃· min- 1, then maintained for 5 min. Results: There were 80,60,16 chromatographic peaks detected for the flowers, leaves and stems, respectively, and 69,47,15 com- pounds were identified,which accounted for 94.01% ,86.83% ,97.35% of the peak area of the essential oil of each part. There were 15 common components in these three parts. The main compounds were monterpenes, ses- quiterpenes and their oxygenated derivatives. Conclusion:The essential oil of L. angustifolia flowers contains the most compounds while that of stems contains the least, and the essential oil from the leaves has a potential application value.
