摘 要:目的:建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定不同产地滑石粉中10种无机元素分析方法,分析不同产地滑石粉中的元素组成及含量。方法:采用湿法消解前处理,电感耦合等离子发射光谱法分析滑石粉中10种无机元素,用SPSS 17.0对数据进行聚类分析。结果:检测了滑石粉药材中10种元素,其中Mg为主要元素,Ca、Al、Fe为微量元素,聚类分析结果表明,样品被分为4类。重金属及有害元素中Pb、As、Hg、Cr均有部分样品检出,提示滑石粉的安全性应得到重视。结论:该法为滑石粉药材的有效性、安全性评价及质量标准的修订提供了科学的参考依据。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of inorganic elements in Talci Pulvis from differ- ent habitats by inductively coupled plasma - atomic emission spectrometry ( ICP - AES), and analyze the compo- nents and contents of inorganic elements. Methods: Samples were digested with wet digestion method and deter- mined by ICP -AES;the data of hierarchical cluster analysis were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software. Results: To- tally 10 inorganic elements were determined. The inorganic element Mg was the major element and the elements Ca, A1, Fe were the trace elements in Talci Pulvis. The results of hierarchical cluster analysis showed that the 47 sam- ples can be divided into four categories. The contents of Pb, As, Hg, Cr were detected in parts of samples, which indicated that we should pay more attention to the safety of Talci Pulvis. Conclusion : The present study provided a scientific reference for the quality analysis, safety assessment and quality standard establishment of Talci Pulvis.
