结直肠癌组织Bcl-3蛋白表达及其临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的:研究Bcl-3蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达状况,以及其与结直肠癌临床特征和病理分期分级的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法测定46例结直肠癌手术标本中癌组织、癌旁组织和正常肠组织的Bcl-3表达状况,分析其表达状况和患者年龄、性别、病理分期及病理分级的相关性。结果:免疫组织化学结果表明,肠癌组织、癌旁组织和正常肠组织中Bcl-3核表达的阳性率分别为76.1%(35/46)、58.7%(27/46)和28.3%(13/46),差异有统计学意义,χ2=21.730,P=0.000。Bcl-3核表达在低分化结直肠癌患者的阳性率为90.5%(19/21),在中高分化结直肠癌患者的阳性率为64.0%(16/25),差异有统计学意义,χ2=4.397,P=0.036。Bcl-3的核表达阳性率与结直肠癌患者的年龄、性别、病理分期无相关性,P>0.05。结论:与癌旁组织及正常肠组织相比,Bcl-3显著高表达于结直肠癌组织的细胞核内,而且核表达水平与细胞分化程度显著相关。OBJECTIVE： To study the expression of Bcl-3 protein in colon-rectal cancer,and the correlation between Bcl-3 expreesion and clinical features. METHODS： The expression of Bcl-3 was detected by SABC immt, nohistochemistry in 46 cases of colon-rectal cancer tissues, then analyze its relationship with ages,gender, pathological stages and pathologi cal grading. RESULTS： The nuclear expression of Bcl-3 protein was 76.1 %（35/46） in colon-rectal cancer tissues,58.7% （27/46） in paraneoplastic tissues. 28.3 % （13/46） in normal colorectal tissues, and the difference was significant （ Xz = 21. 730,P=0. 000）. The nuclear expression of Bcl-3 in colorectaI cancer with poor differentiation was 90.5% （19/21）, whereas nuclear expression of Bcl-3 in colorectal cancer with well-moderate differentiation was 64.0 % （16/25, g z ： 4. 397, P= 0. 036）. The nuclear expression of Bcl-3 was not correlated with other clinicopathologic parameters of colorectaI canc- er,P〉0.05. CONCLUSIONS： Nuclear expression of Bcl-3 is significantly higher in colorectal cancer than that in paraneoplastic tissues and normal colorectal tissues,and is correlated with the cell differentiation of colon-rectal cancer significantly.
