摘　　要：介绍纳米金刚石薄膜的特性和应用,综合叙述以化学气相沉积技术为基础、拓展多种纳米金刚石薄膜制备技术的研究进展,分析纳米金刚石薄膜的特性机理,并展望今后的研究方向。The properties and applications of nanocrystalline diamond films were introduced. The advances of fabrication technolo- gies on nanocrystalline diamond films based on Chemical Vapor Deposition（CVD） have been reviewed. The characteristic mecha-nism was analyzed and the foreground of the study on nanocrystalline diamond films was expected.
