摘  要:采用膨胀法,结合金相法和硬度法测定了自行研制的新型贝氏体钢的连续冷却曲线,观察了不同冷速下的室温组织,分析了显微硬度,讨论了不同合金元素的作用。结果表明,新型贝氏体钢的贝氏体转变起始温度明显降低,约400℃。冷速在0.011~1℃/s时,均可得到贝氏体组织,硬度达到445~560 HV5,冷速>1℃/s时,获得全部马氏体组织,硬度达610~630 HV5。由于合金元素的作用,新型贝氏体钢具有良好的淬透性,在空冷状态下即可获得贝氏体组织。By the method of dilatometric change, combining with metallographic method and hardness examinations, the CCT curves of a self-developed new type bainitic steel was determined. The microstructure after cooling at different rates was studied, the microhardness and the effect of alloy elements were analysed. The results show that the starting temperature of bainite transformation of the steel is obviously reduced to about 400 ℃. When the cooling rate is in the range of 0. 011-1 ℃/s, bainite can be obtained and microhardness is dd5- 560 HV5. When cooling rate is 〉 1 ℃/s, the microstructure becomes all martensite and microhardness reaches 610-630 HVS. As a result of the effect of alloy elements, the hardenability of the steel is good and bainite can be obtained under the condition of air cooling.
