摘  要:目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的表达及临床意义。方法采用电化学发光法,检测150例急性脑梗死患者血清NSE含量,对不同梗死面积、不同梗死部位、不同神经功能缺损程度患者血清NSE含量进行分析,并以45例健康正常人血清NSE为对照组。结果急性脑梗死患者NSE含量显著高于正常人(P〈0.05),入院第4天增高最明显(P〈0.05);脑梗死面积越大、神经功能缺损程度越严重,血清NSE含量越高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);血清NSE含量与梗死部位关系不明显,组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论急性脑梗死患者血清NSE含量升高与脑神经细胞坏死密切相关,可以反映脑神经细胞缺血损伤程度;血清NSE表达对早期诊断、评价患者病情程度.指导临床用药有积极意义。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of neurone specific enolase(NSE) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods The concentrations of serum NSE were detected in 150 patients with ACI by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay, while 45 healthy volunteers were set as control, and the changes of NSE levels were analyzed in the ACI with different infarct position and different infarct areas and neurological function deficit scores. Results Levels of NSE in ACI were higher than those in the healthy volunteers( P 〈 O. 05). The serum levels of NSE increased with the infarction area and the neurofunction deterioration ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions The increase of the serum NSE in patients with ACI is close relation to the neurological deficits and can be served as facility marker for evaluating cerebral ischemic injury. Serum NSE can be used as the indexes in the diagnosis and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction patients, it may be helpful to instruct clinical therapy and judge the disease status.
