摘  要:目的探讨超声探测到的甲状腺肿瘤伴钙化对甲状腺癌诊断的临床意义。方法收集郑州人民医院2009年10月至2012年6月期间行甲状腺手术的患者272例,并对其临床病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果76例甲状腺腺癌患者中微小钙化和粗钙化的发生率均明显高于良性肿瘤的发生率(P〈0.05),微小钙化对于预测甲状腺癌更有意义(P〈0.01)。在104例甲状腺肿瘤合并钙化病例中,年龄〈45岁组与≥45岁组的甲状腺癌发生率分别为61.2%及38.2%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=5.506,P〈0.05)。钙化在不同性别间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论微小钙化对诊断甲状腺癌的特异性较高,对诊断甲状腺状癌有重要临床意义。Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of calcification in thyroid tumors detected by ultrasound and thyroid carcinoma. Methods The clinicopathologic data of 272 patients undergoing surgery for thyroid tumors from October 2009 to June 2012 in people' s hospital of Zhengzhou were analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidence of thick microcalcification and microcalcification in thyroid carcinoma were significantly higher than that in benign tumor( P 〈 0.05). For forecasting thyroid carcinoma, microcaleification was more meaningful than thick calcification ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The incidence of thyroid carcinoma in patients 〈45 years and ≥45 years were 61.2% and 38.2% , and the difference was statistical significance (X^2 = 5. 506, P 〈 0.05). There was no difference in the calcification between male and female groups( P 〉0.05). Conclusions The microcalcifications in the thyroid have important clinical significance for dignosis of thyroid carcinoma.
