摘  要:目的探讨切口蛋白受体3(notch3)在非功能性垂体腺瘤发病机制中的作用。方法收集无锡市第二人民医院神经外科自2005年1月至2011年12月收治的16例被病理证实为非功能性垂体腺瘤的肿瘤标本,以及5例正常垂体组织(通过通过组织捐赠获得),采用逆转录一聚合酶链反应、免疫印迹法、免疫组化等方法观察notch3 mRNA及蛋白在非功能性垂体腺瘤和正常垂体组织中的表达情况。结果在非功能性垂体腺瘤组织中,notch3 mRNA及蛋白表达均显著上调,高于正常垂体组织,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论Notch3蛋白的过度表达可能在非功能性垂佑腕瘤的堆长讨程中且右雷喜膏叟.Objective To explore the role of Notch3 in the progression of non-functional pituitary adenomas. Methods Sixteen tumor tissue specimens from patients with non-functional pituitary tumors, collected in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2011, and 5 normal human pituitary tissue specimens, donated by the Organization, were obtained. Reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), Western blotting and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of Notch3 in the above tissues. Results Notch3 mRNA expression was significantly up-regulated in clinically non-functional pituitary adenomas and Notch3 protein was expressed at an obviously higher level in non-functional pituitary adenomas as compared with those in normal human pituitary tissues (P〈0.05). Conclusion The over-expression of protein Notch3 may facilitate the growth of non-functional pituitary adenomas.
