摘　　要：作为网络时代的教师,如何更新观念迎接现代人类学习"信息超载"和"知识碎片化"两大挑战,成为教师专业发展的一个重要课题。基于此,以新建构主义学习理论为依据,以新浪博客的"英语教师专业发展博客"学习平台建设为例,探索如何利用新浪博客、播客、相册和微博等网络功能,整合网络英语教育教学资源,为英语教师教育和教师培训创设进行自主交互式学习的数字化学习平台,并讨论了基于新建构主义学习理论的英语教师专业博客学习平台构建的思路、技术实现及其存在的问题,以期进一步促进英语教师的专业发展。In the network era, how to renew teaching conception to meet the challenges of information overload and information fragmentation is a very critical problem for teachers＇ professional development. On the basis of new constructivism, the paper explores how to integrate Sina Blogs, podcasts, album and micro - blog to construct teachers＇ learning blog as the autonomous interactive platform for collecting digital teaching resources to enhance the education and teacher training. It also illustrates the design, implementation and the problems of the platform with the case biog.
