摘  要:采用氯乙酸处理海丝活性纤维,通过纤维中羟基与氯乙酸的反应得到具有很强吸水性能的羧甲基化海丝活性纤维。研究了改性前后纤维在不同溶液中的溶胀率、释放银离子的性能以及抗菌性能。结果表明,羧甲基化改性处理能有效提高纤维的吸湿和成胶性能,处理后纤维在水中的溶胀率是未处理纤维的10倍以上。由于羧甲基化改性处理后的纤维在遇水后高度膨胀,使纤维中的银离子能更有效地释放,改性后纤维比未改性纤维具有更好的抗菌性能。This paper used chloroacetic acid to treat SeaCell active fibers. Carboxymethylated SeaCell active fibers with high absorbency were obtained by reacting the hydroxyl groups in the fibers with chloroacetic acid. The swelling ratios, silver releasing properties and antimicrobial properties of the fibers before and after treatment were studied. Experimental results showed that the carboxymethylation treatment can effectively increase the absorbency and gelling performances of the fibers, with the swelling ratio of the treated fibers over 10 times more than that of the untreated ones. Because the fibers after carboxymethylation treatment swell greatly when in contact with water, silver ions in the fibers can be released more easily. The experimental results indicated that the modified fibers have better antimicrobial performances than the untreated ones.
