摘  要:目的:探讨影响宁夏贫困地区医务人员工作满意度的关键因素。方法:用WHO项目"中国西部贫困地区卫生工作人员激励机制研究"宁夏地区课题调研数据,采用因子分析和重要因素推导模型分析。结果:月薪、津贴、工作量的大小、在岗培训、事业的发展机会、社区对工作的认可是影响工作满意度的主要因素。结论:卫生管理部门在提高医务工作人员工作满意度时,应向上述5方面倾斜。Objective To explore the key factors to influence the medical staffs' satisfaction degree on their jobs in underde- veloped areas of Ningxia. Methods Data from the project of "incentives to attract and retain qualified health professionals in under- developed areas of China" in Ningxia from WHO was studied with factor analysis and important factors derived model. Results The main factors to influence the medical staffs' satisfaction degree were salary, allowance, workload ,job training, opportunities to career development and community approval. Conclusion Health administrative departments should improve medical staffs' satis- faction degree based on these five influencing factors.
