摘 要:采用声光调Q二极管泵浦Nd∶YAG激光器在45#钢表面进行织构化处理,以二硫化钼为固体润滑剂,在销盘线接触的摩擦磨损试验机上研究不同织构面密度以及不同工况的滚动摩擦特性。研究结果表明:在相同的工况下,激光织构化表面较未织构面摩擦因数有明显的减小,且织构面的摩擦因数更稳定;激光织构面的摩擦因数随织构密度的增大呈现先减小后增大的趋势,织构面密度为19.6%~34.9%时的减摩效果较好;不同工况下,织构面的摩擦因数随着转数、载荷的增大均呈现减小的趋势。The textures on the surface of 45 steel were produced by acousto-optic Q diode-pumped YAG laser, and the rolling friction properties of the texture surfaces with different textured density were studied by using a pin - plate line contact friction and wear testing machine with MoS2 as solid lubricant under different working conditions. The results show that the friction coefficient on the laser textured surface is much steady and has an obvious decrease compared with that of a untextured surface. With the increasing of texture density, the friction coefficient on the textured surface is decreased firstly and then increased, and the surface with texture density of 19.6% ~ 34. 9% has better friction reducing effect. With the respective increase of rotational speed and load, the friction coefficients on the laser textured surfaces display a decreasing trend under different working conditions.
