Influence of the Content of Nano-TiO_2 on Friction Properties of Blending Composite Phenolic Resin Base Semi-metallic Friction Materials

摘  要:采用表面修饰的纳米TiO2粒子对酚醛树脂(PF)进行复合填充改性,制备共混复合PF,对固相纳米TiO2粒子在PF中的分散性进行TEM表征,采用热分析仪对复合PF进行热失重分析。以复合改性后的PF为树脂基体制备摩擦材料试样,在XD-MSM定速式摩擦磨损试验机上进行摩擦磨损对比试验。结果表明,纳米TiO2质量分数在1%~3%范围内复合改性的树脂的残炭率呈线性增加,在600℃时,质量分数为3%复合树脂残炭率较无纳米复合树脂提高7%;纳米TiO2质量分数为3%的复合树脂制备的摩擦试样综合性能最佳,高温磨损率明显下降,在350℃时,磨损率比无纳米TiO2复合树脂的摩擦试样降低10%。The blending composite phenolic resin (PF) was prepared by filling different content of surface modified TiO2 nano-particles. The dispersion of the modified solid-phase nano-particles in PF was characterized by TEM, and the thermal weight loss ( TG ) of the synthetic resin was analyzed by thermal analyzer. The friction material samples were pre- pared with the different blending composite PF as resin matrix, and the friction-wear contrast tests were carried on XD- MSM fixed speed type friction-wear testing machine. The results show that the heat resistance of blending composite PF can be improved linearly when the mass fraction of TiO2 nano-particles in the range of 1% -3% , the carbon residue rate of the blending composite PF with 3% TiO2 nano-partieles is increased by 7% at 600 ℃ , compared with the PF without nano-particles. The friction material samples prepared by the blending composite PF with 3 % TiO2 nano-particles have the best comprehensive properties. The wear rate is clearly decreased by 10% at high temperature of 350 ℃.
