摘  要:利用高频压摆摩擦试验机对PTFE编织复合材料进行干摩擦试验,研究不同工况条件下,摩擦温度对PTFE编织复合材料摩擦特性的影响。研究结果表明:在摩擦过程中摩擦温度与摩擦因数具有较强的相关性;摩擦温度是影响PTFE复合材料摩擦特性的重要因素,摩擦温度的急剧升高是导致摩擦副失效的主要原因;在相同的摆动速度条件下,大频率、小摆角的条件对减小摩擦副的摩擦因数和降低其波动性均有利,但对摩擦温度的影响不大。The dry friction tests of PTFE braided composites were carried out on high-speed tribo-tester, and the effects of friction temperature on the triholoical properties of PTFE braided composites at different conditions were studied. The results show that there is strong correlation between friction coefficient and friction temperature in the friction process. Friction temperature is the important factors influencing the friction properties of PTFE braided composites, and its sharp increase is a leading cause to result in the invalidation of friction pair. In the same swing velocity conditions, the high frequency and low angle help to reduce the friction coefficient of the friction pair and decrease its volatility, but they have less influence on the friction temperature.
