摘　　要：广州中医药大学退休老中医李春辉从事中医临床工作50多年,尤其擅长应用中医药治疗恶性肿瘤。文章从以下3个方面介绍李老在治疗恶性肿瘤方面的经验:攻补兼施;注重辨证论治、辨病与辨证结合、标本兼顾;并总结一套可行的、患者容易接受的、效果较好的食疗方法,对临床上多名恶性肿瘤患者的治疗取得了很好的疗效,有效延长了生存期,提高了生活质量。LI Chunhui, who retired from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, has worked in the Chinese medicine clinic for over 50 years. He is specialized in the treatment of malignant tumour with Chinese medicine. This paper introduces his clinical experience from three aspects：reinforcement and elimination in combination; paying attention to treatment based on syn- drome differentiation, cause and symptoms in combination; and produces a new feasible digestible effective food treatment. It found that the patients receiving these treatment had got fine therapeutic effect with extended lite span and elevated quality of life.
