直肠癌术前放疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察直肠癌术前放疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗的近期疗效、远期生存率及不良反应情况。方法:采用随机抽样方法将22例直肠癌患者分为两组:(1)对照组术前放疗,应用三维适形放疗技术DT=40 Gy。(2)治疗组术前放疗,同时联合应用复方苦参注射液20 mL加入到0.9%氯化钠溶液250 mL中静脉滴注。观察两组之间患者的近期疗效、远期生存率及不良反应情况。结果:本实验中两组的治疗效果在近期疗效评价方面,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在生存率和中位生存期方面比较也无统计学意义(P>0.05),从数值上分析,治疗组略优于对照组。但在减轻反应和提高患者耐受方面,术前放疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗组优于术前放疗治疗组。结论:直肠癌患者在术前放疗期间联合应用复方苦参注射液治疗可以减轻不良反应,提高治疗耐受。Objective ： To evaluate term efficacy, the 1 - year survival rate and 2 - year survival rate and the side effects of the patients with rectal cancer with preoperative radiochemotherapy combined with compound radix sophora flavescentis injection. Methods ： A total of 22 patients with rectal cancer were randomized to control group and trial group. The control group received pre- operative radiochemotherapy using three -dimensional conformal radiotherapy technology （DT = 40 Gy） , while the trial group re- ceived preoperative radiochemotherapy combined with compound radix sophora fiavescentis injection at a dose of 20 mL that added to 250 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution for intravenous ＆-ip. The differences between the two groups in term efficacy, the 1 - year survival rate and 2 - year survival rate and the side effects were compared. Resuhs ： No significant differences were noted be- tween the two groups in term efficacy, the 1 - year survival rate and 2 - year survival rate （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. With regard to the side effects, the capability in performing activity decreased in the trial group as compared with the control group. Conclusion ： In patients with rectal cancer,preoperative radiochemotherapy combined with compound radix sophora flavescentis injection significantly at- tenuated the side reactions and improved treatment tolerance.
