摘 要:由木薯淀粉经α-淀粉酶水解后用碳酸锆铵交联制得交联淀粉胶黏剂,并将其部分取代SBR胶乳应用于纸张涂布。通过红外谱、扫描电镜及EDS谱图分析胶乳的性能及其对涂布纸性能的影响。结果表明,50%的淀粉乳液经0.075%α-淀粉酶处理,50℃下用12%碳酸锆铵交联,得到的淀粉胶黏剂有较好的黏结性能,代替10%~20%SBR胶乳时,黏结性能和印刷性能均较优。涂布纸表面SEM图为涂布纸表面性能做出了合理的解释,EDS谱图表明碳酸锆铵确实与淀粉发生了交联反应。The adhesive latex was prepared by hydrolysis of cassava starch with the isoamylase, with Ammonium Zirconium Carbonate as crosslinking agent and was applied to coated paper to substitute SBR latex partially. It was characterized by means of Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR), Scanning Electronic Microscopy(SEM) and EDS to clarify its properties. The 50% starch slurry was treated with 0.075% isoamylase, when the dosage of AZC was 12%, the reaction temperature was 50℃, the product under the condition showed great adhesive effect for coating paper. It had an excellent adhesive effect and superior print properties when substituting 10%-20% SBR latex, The SEM picture of paper's surface made a reasonable explanation for its surface properties. The EDS spectra of the product showed that crosslinking reaction did happened between AZC and cassava starch.
