健美操等级标准与一级规定动作评分的研究

摘　　要：《运动员技术等级标准》是国家体育总局颁布的授予"运动员技术等级"的指导性文件。运用文献资料调研、专家访谈法、录像分析法和数理统计法,对2010—2011年全国健美操锦标赛、冠军赛所有通过"一级标准"的规定动作套路的评分结果和《运动员技术等级标准》进行了研究。揭示规定动作的"艺术分"在比赛中起了决定性的作用,自选难度动作的完成质量有待提高、规定成套中"艺术、完成、难度"三个方面的评分比例需进行调整,健美操集体项目的通级标准分值可适当提高,通级比赛有必要增加自选套路和"规定难度动作"的数量。The Athletic Technique Level Standard, issued by the State General Administration of Sports, is the guideline for athletes to acquire certificates at various levels. Following research into documentation, field study, video analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper is based on results from the 2010--2011 National Aerobics Gymnastics Competitions and Champion- ship Games, as well as the ＂Athletic Technique Level Standard＂. The research suggests the ＂ artistic level＂ remains a critical part in grading competitions. There should be an increase in difficulty for each gymnast＇s routine. Score percentages between artistic level, execution and difficulty should be readjusted. A higher standard for the evaluation of group events should be considered. More optional routines and required routines should be considered in grading competitions.
