摘  要:目的探讨病房护士长对低年资护士素质培养的方法。方法对20名低年资护士从专科业务素质、职业思想素质、行为素质、个性心理素质四方面进行培养,并对低年资护士培养前后的综合素质和患者对护理工作满意度进行比较。结果素质教育前后20名低年资护士综合素质评价及患者对护理工作满意度比较有统计学意义。结论该素质教育方法能明显提高低年资护士的综合素质,并进一步提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective to explore the methods of junior nurses quality training by head nurses in the wards Methods 20 junior nurses were trained from four aspects: professional quality, occupational quality, behavioral quality and individual psychological quality, and the comprehensive quality and patients" satisfaction before and after the training of junior nurses was compared. Results there were significant differences in the comprehensive quality of junior nurses and patients" satisfaction before and after the quality training. Conclusion the present quality education can obviously improve the comprehensive quality of junior nurses and improve the patients" satisfaction to nursing work.
