摘  要:试验采用响应面法研究费菜多糖热水提取的工艺条件。首先,使用单因素试验,筛选出对多糖得率有显著影响的因素(水料比,提取温度,提取时间,提取次数),其次,建立了响应面提取的二次多项式回归模型,探讨了各因素的影响效应及交互作用。结果表明,费菜多糖热水提取优化工艺条件为:水料比15︰1(mL/g),提取温度97℃,提取时间2.1 h,提取次数3次,多糖提取率可达(2.48%±0.7%),经过验证试验,预测值与实际值之间误差4.2%,是可行的简单稳定的提取方案。Response surface methodology (RSM) was been used to determine the optimum extraction conditions for polysaccharides extracted from Sedum aizoon L. by hot-water extraction. At first, single-factor experiment was been carried out to select the factors (the ratio of water to material, the extraction temperature, the extraction time, the extraction number) which had significant effect on the yield of polysaccharides. Subsequently, quadratic polynomial regression model was been established. Effect and interaction of the factors were been studied. The results indicate that the optimal conditions as follows; the ratio of water to material was 15 : 1 (mL/g), the extraction temperature was 97℃, the extraction time was 2.1 h, and the extraction was 3 times. The yield of polysaccharides was (2.48%4-0.7%). Verification test suggested that 4.2% was the error between the predictive value and the actual value. The extraction scheme was viable, simple and stable.
