摘 要:步进电机运行时存在低频振荡、高频容易失步等缺点,采用细分驱动方法可以有效提高步进电机的运行性能。步进电机的运行性能主要由电磁转矩决定。为了研究细分数对步进电机细分驱动运行性能的影响,推导了电磁转矩随细分数变化的函数关系式。通过对步进电机细分驱动与整步驱动时瞬时电磁转矩、总有效转矩及总有效转矩的方差的比较分析,得出了细分驱动可使步进电机总有效电磁转矩增加、转矩波动幅度减小、转矩波动频率增大等结论,细分驱动可提高步进电机的运行效率和平稳性,克服步进电机运行时的共振现象。研究结果表明步进电机细分驱动能够有效地克服低频振荡、高频失步等缺点,扩大了步进电机的应用范围,具有实际应用价值。Stepping motor is likely to oscillate at a low frequency and become out-of-step at a high frequency. Subdivided driving can effectively improve its operating performance which is mainly determined by its electromagnetic torque. To figure out the effect of fine points on the operating performance of stepping motor, function equation of electromagnetic torque and fine points is deduced. Instanta neous electromagnetic torques, total effective torques and the total effective torque variances between subdivided driving and full step driving were compared, the subdivided driving increases total effective torques, decreases torque fluctuations and increases torque ripple frequency, thus improves step motor' s operating performance and stability and decreases operating covibration. Subdivided driving de creases low frequency oscillation and high frequency out-of-step, enlarges the use of step motor, and thus is practical.
