摘　　要：本文就大学章程中涉及大学内部治理结构的高校党的领导、校党委领导职责、校长负责制、学术评议和决策、监督运行等方面,谈几点初步设想。党政分开,目的是通过党的建设加强党的领导;而嵌入式治理,为的是确保在行政、学术治理过程中党委始终发挥领导作用,同时又为行政、学术机构自主处理事务提供足够空间。The article addresses several aspects of internal governance structure in university statutes, including the leadership of CPC, duties of university＇s Party committee, the president responsibility system, academic deliberation and decision-making, as well as supervision and operation. The Party-administration division is designed to enhance the Party＇s leadership via self-construction. Embedded governance is designed to ensure the overall leadership of the Party in the process of administrative and academic governance, while leaving enough space of autonomy for administrative and academic organizations.
