引进智力,提升航空航天产业技能紧缺人才培养能力——以天津中德职业技术学院引智项目为例

摘　　要：近年,航空航天产业跃升成为天津八大支柱产业之首,但是,航空航天作为一种特殊行业,在人才培养过程中对教学条件、教学内容、教学方法、教师资质等有严格要求,而且天津此前尚未有航空航天高技能人才培养的高职院校。引进国外智力是人事工作服务经济社会发展最直接的途径和窗口。因此,天津中德职业技术学院通过引进优秀国外智力,旨在破解天津高职院校航空航天技能人才培养的难点和盲点,提升其航空航天产业技能紧缺人才的培养能力。In recent years, the aerospace＇industry has became first in the eight pillar industries in Tianjin. However, as a special in- dustry, it has strict requirements on teaching conditions, teaching content, teaching methods, teacher＇s qualification and so on. Until now, there are not higher vocational colleges in ＇Tianjin for train- ing high-skilled talents in. aerospace. Introducing foreign intelli- gence is the most direct way of personnel work to serve economic and social development. Therefore, by introducing outstanding foreign intelligence, Tianjin Sino-German Vocational Technical College aimed at solving the problems on how higher vocational colleges in Tianjin train high-skilled talents for aerospace indus- tries so as to enhance the training ability for scarce and skilled talents in aerospace industry.
