摘　　要：从理解党的十八大报告中关于＂资源、环境、生态＂三概念的表述出发,论述了三者的科学内涵、区别与联系,认为十八大报告明确把＂资源＂、＂环境＂、＂生态＂分开并列表述,是迄今为止在党和国家相关文献中对于资源、环境、生态关系的最全面、最完整的正确表述,在更深层次上反映出我们党对于人与自然功能关系的深刻认识和对于生态文明建设规律的准确把握。From understanding the report on the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the expression of three concepts of＂resource, environment and ecology＂, this paper discusses their scientific connotation, differences and relations. The paper holds that with clear ＂resource＂, ＂environment＂, ＂ecological＂ separate coordinate expression, is so far the most comprehensive and most complete and correct in the party and the state relevant literature about the relation between resource, environment, ecology. On a deeper level reflects the Communist Party of China＇ s deep understanding for the functional relationship between human and nature and to accurately grasp the law of ecological civilization.
