摘 要:对西部高等师范音乐专业的现有舞蹈教材进行分析,指出当前高师音乐专业舞蹈教育存在着人才培养定位不明确,教材单一混乱,忽视师范特色,忽视培养综合应用型人才,整体关联性不强造成学生就业竞争性弱、职业能力欠缺等问题。高师舞蹈教育要走出当前的困境,需调整教学目标与教学内容的设置,注重师范性、综合性和创新性,培养社会急需的师范性综合应用型人才。This article analyses teaching materials of dance which are currently used in music departments of western normal colleges, points out the problems existing in dance education of normal schools: education objectives are unclear; teaching materials are monotonous and confusing; characteristics of normal schools and integrated application-oriented personnel training are neglected; overall relevance is not strong, resulting in students' weak ability in employment competition and lack of occupational skills. In order to come out of such predicament, dance education needs to adjust the teaching objectives and contents setting, and pay attention to the characteristics of normal schools, integration and innovation, thereby producing highly-demand integrated application-oriented teaching personnel.
