摘  要:本文研究了小鼠单次轻粉灌胃给药后全身振动对小鼠体内血液、肝、肾、脑组织中含汞量分布的影响,发现50 Hz组的全身振动血液、肝、肾、脑组织吸收峰值均比对照组提前,20 Hz组的全身振动血液、肾、脑组织吸收峰值比对照组提前,且50 Hz组的血液、脑组织中吸收峰值显著高于20 Hz组;小鼠连续灌胃给药5天后进行测定,发现50 Hz振动组肝、肾、脑组织的含汞量显著低于对照组。结果表明:全身振动能加快小鼠对轻粉的吸收和消除,抑制汞在各组织中的蓄积。: This paper introduced that the effect of whole body vibration on the distribution pattern of Hg concentration in organs of mouse, calomel was poured into mouse's throat singly. We discovered that absorption peak of blood, liver, kidney and brain, in experimental group at a frequency of 50 Hz was more ahead than the control group; absorption peak of blood, kidney and brain, in experimental group at a frequency of 20 Hz was more ahead than the control group; absorption peak of blood and brain, in experimental group at a frequency of 50 Hz was significantly higher than at a frequency of 20 Hz . Calomel was poured into mouse's throat continuously for 5days. We discovered that the Hg concentration in tissues of live, kidney and brain was significantly lower than the control group. In conclusion, whole body vibration can facilitated absorption and elimination of calomel in mice and can suppress the accumulation of Hg in each organ of mice.
