摘 要:针对点云对称边特征提取精度问题和严格对称问题通常不能满足要求的情况,提出点云对称边特征的最优化提取技术。根据CAD模型定制的模板中包含后续求解的相关信息。配准模板与点云数据,根据模板中点和切矢构建一系列平面,再利用其对点云数据进行切片获得一系列二维截面数据。对每一截面数据进行优化求解获取边点。将求解的一系列边点以对称中心为界分为两半,一半以模板中的对称轴为中心做镜像获得参数化的点,将参数化的点与另一半边点一起构成目标点。对这些目标点进行整体的约束优化,获得最优边曲线。根据对称轴对最优边曲线做镜像获得另一边的边曲线。运行示例证明了该方法的可行性,运行结果表明,提取的对称边特征在满足精度的同时保证了严格的对称。To improve the precision and ensure strict symmetry o; extraction results,an optimal extracting technology of symmetry edge of point cloud was proposed. The template was customized based on CAD model, and then the template was matched with point cloud. The point cloud was sliced using a series of planes constructed by points and vectors of the template information then a series of sections were gotten. Every section data was optimized to get an edge point. The edge points were divided into two parts using the symmetry axis, and one part was mirrored through the symmetry axis to construct the parametric points. The objective points consisted of the parametric points and the other part. An objective function was constructed by the objective points. Objective function was solved iteratively to get optimal edge curves. The edge curves were mirrored according to symmetry axis to get the other side curves. The example shows the results of optimization improve the precision and ensure strict symmetry of extraction result.
