摘　　要：组织污名是社会对组织的一种消极评价,事关组织的资源整合、持续发展乃至长期生存,需要积极加以管理。本文对国外有关组织污名问题的研究文献做了系统梳理,从组织污名的含义与生成、污名对组织及关联个人的影响,以及组织管理污名的策略等方面对现有研究进行了述评,并对该主题的未来研究方向做了展望。Organizational stigma, a negative social evaluation, is related to resource integration, sustainable development and even the long-term survival of organizations, so it needs to be managed actively. This paper systematically reviews foreign literature of organizational stigma from the angles of the meanings and occurrence of organizational stigma, the effects of stigma on organizations and as sociated individuals, and stigma management strategy. Then it puts forward the directions in future studies on organizational stigma.
