干旱胁迫对圆叶决明营养品质的影响

摘　　要：采用盆栽试验研究干旱胁迫对圆叶决明营养成分的影响,结果表明:随着干旱程度的加深,圆叶决明CPI86134和CPI34721植株的全N、粗蛋白含量均有不同程度的增加;全P、全K呈先增加后减小的趋势,均在中度干旱时值最大;Ca、灰分、粗纤维以及水解性氨基酸含量则先减小后增加。说明适度干旱在一定程度上有利于改善圆叶决明的营养品质。Effects of drought stress on nutrient quality of Chamaecrista rotundifolia was conducted by using a pot experiment. The results showed that, following with the aggravation of drought stress, the contents of total N and crude protein increased to certain degrees, the contents of total P and total K increased first and then decreased, and the maximum values occurred under moderate drought condition, and the contents of Ca, ash, crude fiber and hydrolytic amino-acids decreased first and then increased. These facts showed that, in a sense, a suitable drought condition was favorable to improve the nutrition qual- ity of Chamaecrista rotundifolia.
