摘 要:基因芯片技术在我国传统中医药方剂的研究中起到了极大的推动作用。由于中药方剂中含有多种化学成分,对疾病具有多个治疗靶点,多个途径,甚至多个系统同时参与的特点,而基因芯片具有高通量分析,高内涵优势,加上其方便快速分析等特点,已成为中药方剂作用机制研究方面的重要手段。Gene Chip technique has played a great promoting role in the research of traditional Chinese medicine prescription {TCM} . Considering the formula contains a variety of chemical constituents, which has characteristics of multiple therapeutic target, multiple channels, even multiple systems to participate at the same time when treating illness, while the gene chip have many advantages such as high through-out, high content, combined with its quick analysis, have already become an important means to study the function mechanism of TCM.
