高铁背景下城市边缘带人居环境建设优化策略研究——以武广高铁衡阳站为例

摘  要:高铁飞速而过,城市化进程加速,建成区快速外延,城市边缘区人居环境复杂而多变,问题严峻。运用层次分析法、实地考察法、模糊综合分等多种方法,对案例区人居环境建设现状的感知和期望进行研究。研究表明:案例区存在政府服务管理缺位,基础设施建设不足,经济发展支撑条件缺乏,以及高铁噪音污染严重和自来水质量无保证等问题。最后提出了高铁影响区域人居环境建设需要明确政府责任、落实科学规划、促进居民企业政府协作的优化策略。With the development of high-speed railway and the accelerating process of urbanization and the rapid extension of built-up area, the living environment in the urban fringe area is complex and changeable which caused severe problems. This paper, based on the analytic hierarchy process, explores the residential environment construction of the perception of the situation and expectation for optimization strategy, and the paper adopts the method of "field investigation-index system construe tion-questionnaire investigation to design-to-data integration-fuzzy comprehensive analysis". The research shows that: the case area exists government service management vacancy, inadequate infrastructure, lack of economic development support conditions, and the high-speed railway noise pollution is severe and caused tap water quality problems and so on. Optimization strategy are put forward to improve the residential construction environment of high-speed railway area and the influence region ,in order to do that,it needs to define the government responsibility, carries out the scientific planning, and promote the cooperation of the resident enterprise and the government.
