摘 要:为明确马铃薯种薯包衣播种后活性成分噻虫嗪在植株和薯块上的残留动态,评价噻虫嗪种衣剂的使用安全性,建立其在马铃薯植株和薯块上的残留检测方法。采用田间试验和高效液相色谱法,样品经甲醇超声提取,浓缩净化后,通过HPLC-UVD检测,外标法定量。添加回收率实验结果表明:该方法在马铃薯植株及薯块上添加回收率分别为86.73%~92.58%、86.03%~93.35%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为3.46%~8.19%、3.65%~6.22%,最低检出量为1.0×10-9g,最低检测浓度为0.001 mg/kg,符合农药残留检测要求。残留动态实验结果表明:噻虫嗪种衣剂在马铃薯植株中的残留动态符合一级动力学方程,包衣播种后60天,噻虫嗪在马铃薯植株中的残留量高,为33.975 mg/kg,以此为原始沉积量得到半衰期为12.4天。在马铃薯块茎中未检测到噻虫嗪。To study the residue dynamic, make an assessment on the security of thiamethoxam in seed coating potato and establish the detection method of potato plant and tuber. The samples were extracted with methanol, concentrated and cleaned up, determined using HPLC equipped with UVD and external standard method. The results showed that, this method was characterized by that recovery rates of plant and tuber were 86.73%-92.58% and 86.03%-93.35%, relative standard deviation were 3.46%-8.19% and 3.65%-6.22%, respectively. LOD at 1.0x 10-9 g and sensitivity of 0.001 mg/kg. The decline rules of thiamethoxam seed coating in plant of potato followed the first order chemical reactions dynamics equation, 60 days 'after planting, residual quantity of Tthiamethoxam was 33.975 mg/kg half-lives were 12.4 days. Thiamethoxam were which was the primitive quantities of sediment. Accordingly, its not detected in tubers under the condition of this study.
