摘 要:为了选择适宜的晾房类型与材料,通过设计4种不同类型晾房于2010年在四川达州研究比较了白肋烟晾制期间晾房内温湿度和烟叶含水率、色素含量变化趋势及晾制后烟叶化学成分含量。结果表明,不同晾房对温度和相对湿度的调节能力有差异,美式晾房平均温度较高而涂泥晾房温度较低,钢架晾房平均相对湿度较低而涂泥晾房较高;晾房内部不同空间的温湿度有差异,晾房中部的温度、湿度要高于晾房两侧边的温度、湿度,晾房上层平均温度高于下层而上层的平均相对湿度低于下层;不同晾房晾制期间烟叶含水率与色素含量变化有差异,不同晾房对晾制后的烟叶化学成分含量有不同程度的影响。说明设计的4种类型晾房均能够达到调制要求,各烟区可根据本地实际材料选择适宜类型。Different air-curing barns were designed in Dazhou City Sichuan Province in order to compare the content of water and pigments in burly tobacco leaves and the temperature and relative humidity during air-curing and chemical components of cured leaves in different barns. The results indicated that: the adjustment of temperature and relative humidity among there barns was different. Average temperature and relative humidity in different room age of barns were different. There were different changes of the content of water and pigments in tobacco leaves during curing in there barns. The different barns affected the content of chemical components in cured-tobacco leaves. The experiment showed that the four types barns could fit the requirement of burly cured, each burley tobacco growing region could select the suitable type based on local actual materials.
