摘 要:目的 评价磁共振弥散成像 (MRIDWI)对超急性中风患者 (发病后 6小时内 )影像学诊断的价值。方法 分析比较了早期的MRI DWI和常规MRI。结果 MRI DWI提示中风的 15例患者最终临床均诊断为急性中风 ,而常规MRI为 3例 (DWI的敏感性 10 0 % ,特异性 10 0 % ) ,常规MRI敏感性 2 0 % ,特异性 10 0 % ,病变组织对比度(CNR)的百分比DWI为 77% ,常规MRIT2 WI为 9 8%。结论 MRI DWI对Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic value of diffusion weighted magnetic resonance imaging(MRI DWI)performed within superacute stroke(6 hours of the onset of stroke symptoms)in patients. Methods Analyses included comparison of the initial interpretation of the diffusion weighted images with the final clinical diagnosis,reviews of conventional and diffusion weighted images. Results The positive of diffusion weighted in 15 patients,all of them a final diagnosis of superacute stroke(100% specificity).3 patients suspect superacute stroke by conventional MR imaging (20% sensitivity,100% specificity).Lesion percentage CNRs were 77% for diffusion weighted imaging,9.8% for T 2 WI conventional MR imaging. Conclusion Diffusion weighted MR imaging is highly accurate for diagnosing superacute stroke(6 hours of the onset of stroke symptoms)and is superior conventional MR imaging. [
