摘  要:目的:观察面部三叉神经下颌支(V3)区触觉刺激引起的大脑中枢反应区。方法:选取8名健康志愿者,用棉签刺激右侧面部三叉神经下颌支区,采用触觉刺激减静息的组块设计方法,采集全脑血氧水平依赖对比的fMRI扫描数据。结果:组分析结果显示激活区:左侧前运动皮质(-60,-9,39)、岛叶/SII(-39,3,-3)、初级躯体感觉皮质(BA3)、海马、楔前叶、颞中回激活,右侧颞中回(54,-60,9)、额中回(42,9,42)、顶下叶(BA40)、壳核激活;前运动皮质和口腔躯体感觉皮层激活明显T值16.32。结论:面部V3区触觉刺激引起对侧初级、次级躯体感觉皮质及同侧躯体感觉相关皮层的激活,还引起其他相关脑区包括额叶、颞叶、枕叶的激活,这些脑区可能参与了面部触觉信息的加工。Objective: To evaluate the neural cortical response to facial tactile in mandibular trigeminal divisiorL Methods: Eight fight-handed volunteers participated in the study. Cotton-tipped swab stimuli was applied to right side of face in mandibular trigeminal division, and block designed BOLD functional MRI scan covering the whole brain was carried out. Results: It showed robust activations in left premotor cortex(-60, -9, 39), insula/SII(-39, 3, -3), SI(BA3), parahippocampal gyrus, precuneus, middle temporal gyrus, right middle temporal gyrus(54, -60, 9), prefrontal cortex(42, 9, 42), inferior parietal lobule(BA40), putamen. Conclusion: V3 Tactile stimuli activated contralateral primary and secondary somatosensory cortex, and ipsilateral sensory cortex. Activations were found not only in sensory cortex but also in some other parts, including frontal lobe, temporal lobe and occipital lobe. These regions may be involved in the facial tactile processing.
