摘　　要：去乙酰基头孢噻肟是头孢噻肟的重要衍生物,一直是头孢噻肟工业化生产和产品质量控制领域研究的热点。应用电喷雾质谱离子阱串联技术,探讨了去乙酰基头孢噻肟的主要裂解方式,并以裂解方式为依据,进一步分析了该化合物的化学结构对于化学稳定性影响。研究表明:m/e:241、m/e:380和m/e:285碎片可较好地反映其独特的化学结构,可作为特征碎片;β-内酰胺环中的氮原子不易受到质子的进攻;羧基易于发生酯化反应;由于酯化反应的影响,该化合物具有独特的裂解开环方式。为进一步提高头孢噻肟类化合物化学稳定性,探讨其构效关系和定性定量分析提供了重要的实验基础与理论依据。Deacetylcefotaxime is an important derivatives of cefotaxime, it is key problem in the field of cefotaxime industrialization and product quality control. Electrospray ionization multi-stage tandem mass spectrometry is applied to the analysis of fragmentation pathways of deacetylcefotaxime. In this paper, which the influence of the chemical structure on chemical stability was studied. Results indicate that- the m/e： 241, m/e. 380 and m/e： 285 fragments are response better to its particular chemical structure, which can be used as the characteristic fragment~ nitrogen atoms of β - lactam ring are not susceptible to be attacked by protom carboxyl occurs esterification reaction easily, which leads to the unique cracking open loop mode in this compound. This study will provide an important experimental and theoretical basis on the improvement of chemical stability, the research of structure-activity relationships, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
