摘　　要：应用软件的巨大需求与我国薄弱的软件开发管理形成了鲜明的反差 ,如何有效地组织软件开发队伍并应用恰当的开发方法进行软件开发成为解决“当前软件危机”的突出焦点。针对应用软件的开发特点 ,本文抽象出软件开发队伍组成模型 ,分析了模型组成成员的职责以及它们之间的相互关系。最后 ,提出了应用队伍组成模型进行应用软件开发的一套实用方法 。As application software is a complicated system,the management in developing application software is an important issue essential to the whole project. According to the features of developing application software,a model of development team (MDT) is presented,and the relationship between components of the model is analysed.Finally,a practical method of implementing MDT to develop application software is put forwarded,and some key problems are discussed.
