CBCT应用于老年人磨牙根管治疗效果评价的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨CBCT在老年人磨牙根管治疗术后效果评价方面的作用及应用价值。方法:选取经临床确诊并决定进行根管治疗的老年人磨牙26例。所有病例均在根管治疗前行CBCT三维重建影像,由接诊医生仔细阅片了解患牙的根管系统形态,根管治疗结束后均行CBCT三维重建影像,从根管恰充率及根管充填密合程度两个方面评价根管治疗的质量及效果。所有患牙所采用的根管治疗方法、材料、器械均一致,且均由同一位医生完成治疗。结果:所有患牙均顺利完成根管治疗。根管恰充率高达86.49%,根管充填的密合程度评定为优良者达95.31%。结论:CBCT能够帮助临床医生于根管治疗术前充分了解老年人患牙根管系统的情况,在治疗过程中指导医生的治疗操作,且能够获得良好的根管充填质量。同时CBCT可以应用于老年人磨牙根管治疗术后效果的评价。CBCT在老年人磨牙根管治疗中具有显著的指导作用。Objective： To explorer the effect and application value of CBCT for the elderly molar root canal therapy preoperative and postoperative through a clinical study. Methods： Twenty-six molars for the elderly patients were selected, which were clinically diagnosed and supposed to receive root canal therapy. Three-dimensional reconstruction of CBCT images were obtained before and after root canal therapy. All the selected teeth were received the same root canal therapy methods, materials, equipments, and completed by the same doctor. Results： All teeth had been finished root canal therapy. The rate of complete root canal filling was 86.49%, and the rate of first-rank root canal filling sealing degree was 95.31%. Conclusions： CBCT could help clinicians with a full understanding of root canal system for the elderly patients before root canal therapy, offer guidelines for physicians to perform operations, and promote to accomplish good quality of root canal obturation. CBCT plays an important role in root canal therapy for the elderly molars.
