摘　　要：1例71岁男性患者,胃癌入院后,行胃癌根治术,术后进行化疗,临床药师协助医生选择最佳化疗方案,计算用药剂量,实行个体化给药,指导患者用化疗药物常见的不良反应及给予必要的药学监护,并提出合理化建议,同时针对各种不良反应制定药学监护策略,密切观察患者肝功能,并对患者进行出院指导。A 71-year-old male patient diagnosed with gastric cancer was treated with chemotherapy after gastric radical surgery, clinical pharmacist assisted doctors to choose the best chemotherapy regimen, calculated drug dosages to implement individual administration, counseled the patient on common adverse drug reactions of chemotherapy and provided necessary pharmaceutical care and reasonable suggestion. Meanwhile, clinical pharmacist developed pharmaceutical care strategies a variety of adverse reactions by close observation of patients with liver function and gave the patient discharge instructions.
