摘　　要：研究生撰写的稿件已成为学术期刊稿源的重要组成部分。学术期刊的一个重要功能是培育学术研究队伍,编辑应该对研究生作者给予足够的重视,认真研究和掌握研究生作者的心理,发挥编辑的导向作用,积极扶持学术新人,促进学术期刊的发展。The articles from the graduate students have become the important part of the academic journal. One of the important functions of academic journal is to foster academic research team, so the editors should pay enough attention to graduate student authors, seriously study and master graduate student authors＇ psychology, give play to the guiding role of editing, and actively support new academic, and promote the development of academic periodicals.
