摘　　要：主要介绍了在铁路敞车端墙焊接生产过程中所采用的龙门专机焊接生产线的结构特点。概括了端墙结构与其焊接生产特点,对端墙龙门焊接生产线的组成和工作流程进行了一定的说明。同时还对焊接生产线中焊接工位、工件传输车、翻转机、系列龙门焊接专机等主要设备作了介绍。In this paper, the structure characteristics of gantry welding machine lines used for the railway gondola endwalls are mainly introduced. It also summarized the endwalls structures and the characteristics of welding production. The composition and work flow of the gantry welding machine line are also described. At the same time, welding position,workpiece transfers car, switching mechanism, series of gantry welding machine, and other main equipment are also introduced.
